I’m almost finished with my Wave of Change sweater and my sleeves are a little too snug. Should I reknit the sleeves now or will blocking stretch them out?

What is the yarn, and how snug?
Rowan’s Big Wool. Tight enough to be a bit uncomfortable.
I think that’s why I haven’t finished it. I really appreciate any insight. I’m guessing I should reknit the sleeves.

The yarn will block well but not hugely. Personally ( and probably because I am lazy) I would try to block first and then decide and sew in ends later. If you hate it and rip out you haven’t lost anything. Somewhat depends on how uncomfortably snug it is.
