I do use the needles but I used the loom for this scarf for my trip to Tennessee in a few weeks, should I go a little longer?

How long is it now? You could go real long and wrap it around a few times for extra warmth!!

You would be surprised how long a scarf needs to be - at least five foot, I would suggest. Looks like you have a way to go here.

Put the cast on at the back of your neck and see where the loom falls. Looks to me like your about half way. They need to be a lot longer than you think.
