I started a Main Squeeze in Big Wool for my daughter and she would prefer the sleeves an inch longer than pattern calls for. I recall Kay found her Main Squeeze knit in Big Wool grew with blocking. Did it grown in length or width? I am trying to figure out if the sweater sleeves will end up longer than pattern calls for since you knit to the final inches called for in pattern. Thoughts?

If you wetblock, it will grow a lot and you can make it grow in length or width depending on how you smoosh it around while it’s still damp. I think if you need just an inch you will have no problem getting it via blocking. On the other hand, if you add the inch while knitting, you can smoosh it so that they’re the length you want.
