I am a rookie–as to the MDK Lounge, KALs and Socks, so please forgive me if I have done this incorrectly. I am ready to cast on the sock per Wanderlust cuff down stockinette; however, I would like contrasting colors for the the heel and toe. Where in the pattern should I begin to change the yarn–coming and going? Thank you for your help.

Hey I’m new also to the forum and trying to learn the ropes -
I would change colors at the beginning or end of the cuff and toe as well as when directed to begin and end the heel - on the heel I might consider changing to contrast one row before shaping and one row after shaping. This should work whether doing toe-up or cuff-down. My opinion. Please let me know how this works. Thanks.
