Felting Rowan felted Tweed

I love Field Guide 13 and have been using the Rowan Felted Tweed but it does have other ingredients besides wool. Will it felt if I put in wash with hot water? Thank you

Yes, it will felt. Hot water, a little soap, a lot of agitation. A toilet plunger/plumbers friend in a bucket, your washer if it has an agitator, or your gloved hands in the sonk will work. And dry in dryer. Repeat as needed. I know someone who felts with her tennis-shoe shod feet in a big Rubbermaid bin.

Thank you so much - I did a tentative hot water thing to tighten up my binger stranded knitting but now I am going to try your advice!
