Watercolor cowl

So I’ve been working on the watercolor cowl and have found the chart a bit bothersome as it calls for 6 rows of the center color. What this does is force you to add another bit of side colored yarn in the middle of the design. I’ve worked out a chart so that using 5 rows for the center bit makes the side yarns flow so much better. That means in order to get back to the start at the front you’d need to repeat the last row in the pattern to get a total of 16 rows. Or you could use 7 rows for the center. That means the chart will end up being 18 rows as you need to repeat the last tow to get back to the start on the front side - i worked out the chart using colored pencils showing the direction of each piece of yarn this morning and think I will go with probably 7.
