I just finished my Honeycomb scarf using this yarn. It was my second brioche project (thanks MDK for helping me give this technique a try! I’m hooked.). I have a bit left and have two fingering weight scrap projects going. Both are scrappy blankets. Will this yarn hold up in that or should I hold it for some more delicate use? I have not used this yarn before & loved it in this scarf.

My parallelogram that I gifted has held up very well. That said, if you want something washable, this will probably felt. Depends on if that is a factor.

I think it depends on who you give the blanket to and whether that person will wash it appropriately. And not use it as a cover for their Harley.
