Congratulations to this week’s Giftalong winner SJ1–Sara! her MacGyvered sock blockers for these, her very first, socks that are now on their way to a colleague stationed overseas. Have a BIG weekend!
Beautiful combo! Looking forward to seeing your progress.
Bringing my half-finished Main Squeeze and a pie to my local yarn shop for Friendsgiving tonight! A whole night of knitting … I can’t wait. (Pretend you don’t notice my hat-mitten-hat-mitten pattern pie error.)
Those are so cute!!
just finished my scrappy stripey hat! this one isn’t exactly a traditional “gift”, it’s a donation for the Maine Access Immigration Network, so it’ll be sent off to Maine to help keep a refugee warm through their first New England winter!
Totally still a gift (and I love your scrappy stripey colors!)
thanks! leftovers from an autumn collection I did for my etsy shop. I also made a striped sweater with these colors!
Awesome pom poms!! Do they have a snap attachment?
The hat is great too;)
There’s a stretchy loop attached. I put a button inside the hat so the puff can come off.
And here is a photo of the BFF actually wearing the cowl on her trip to Italy. It is a joy to gift and even more joy to see the gift worn.
Oh WOW!! Really nice. I bought the yarn and then got distracted by grandkids and daughter knitting and now there’s the Kaffe Field Book and the Rowan Felted Tweed on its way to my doorstep. But this makes me want to CO for my own cozy sweater.
Love that color!!!
SO cute and what a gorgeous photo! Wowza!
Perfect project for a long car ride. Going to see my son, and he needs a hat. Stripey hat with helical stripes in Rowan Big Wool. Gorgeous yarn!
Looks super pretty on her and the Italy scenery really completes the picture💗
Thanks! This one is a gift, but I do now want to knit another for myself! Once all gifts are off needles. Look forward to seeing yours.
Hoping I uploaded the image of my stripy scrappy hats. I knit these for my bridge group trip to NYC. They were a huge hit!
Other hats pictured are Perky Little Hat by Sharon Lentsch, Patisserie by Edward Sosnoski and Chunky Cable Hat by Emily Wessel.
These pictures made me smile! Thank you for adding such a pop of happy color and joy to my day.
