Yes advice please! The cast-on of 10 is done. Reading carefully, I’m to knit 6 rows then put on needles and begin to knit in the round. I’m going to use Magic Circle style , 10 stitches on each. No note about picking up stitches along the sides of the 6 row toe start. Surely I don’t ignore them? That would leave a hole or a pucker I think. I have done top-down socks, but the Kitchener Stitch and I …[mumble mumble]
I have checked other toe-up charts, looking for the same instruction stated differently. They started in the round increasing immediately.

That’s a great question - but no, you really don’t pick the selvages up, and -shockingly-
all is well.

Wow, okay and thanks so much. I cannot design but I can follow directions and those confused me. I’m a newcomer to MDK, but have knitted [and crocheted] for decades. New enthusiasm for threads too. Your Atlas is calling strong
