Steek Question and Weaving in ends

I have finished knitting my Daytripper - it was so fun! I know I could probably wait for a Zoom on steeking, but thought I’d ask a few questions.

  1. Should I weave in any of the ends that are hanging within the steek section?
  2. I did read that I should block prior to steeking, what about felting? Felt before blocking or after?

Hi there. We corresponded over in the main Daytripper thread, so you already know that I dealt with ends in the yoke and steek before felting. After dealing with all the ends, I washed and blocked the sweater. Once dry, I felted and cut the steek.
