Camisoles Anyone?

My husband made this beautiful camisole for me, finished on Mother’s Day. It’s made of cotton and linen, and as soft as can be. I love it!! Pattern is from Vogue Knitting, Spring/Summer Issue 2007, Pattern #11. It’s by Nancy Cassels, and called “Lace Tank”.

Wow! It’s gorgeous, so nice of him to make it for you!

Wow! That is a beautiful labor of love.

Wow, what a lovely gift! Excellent!

Wow! Looks great, and I imagine it’s lovely to have a knitting companion in the house, especially now.

So lovely!!!

Update: It’s been 3 years since the camisole, so he recently finished these pretty stockings. They are so comfortable, and stay up thanks to elastic on top. I am a very lucky lady.

I have come across this searching for a specific pattern by my mom. My mom (Nancy Cassels) designed this and unfortunately died coming up on 12 years now. Seeing this beautiful way that she is still here and in a way filled with love has brought tears to my eyes. Thank you.
