Another leaf (1st Sign of Spring by Purly Love) and a Cottage Cloth (E Braithwaite).

Confession, I started knitting washcloths as soon as the KAL was announced - I knew I had bin of cotton and decided I would knit it all!

I asked my granddaughters to pick out colors for their wash clothes and thus is what they picked! The grandma’s washcloth is my go to pattern for mindless and productive knitting! I found a way to make the edges better! I’ll post that one next!

Here are today’s! The granny squares don’t work that great, but I love how they look, so I keep making them

And a cool diagonal cloth - wasn’t sure about the mesh center, but love it!

Has anyone gotten to the last two rows of the ballband dishcloth and decided to cut the threads. I picked up and knit stitches on the right side, knit across the top, picked up and knit stitches on the left side, purled all the way back around three sides and bound off. It is drying on a linen hand towel I knit a year or two ago. I thought the hand towel would make it easier to keep the dishcloth square.
